3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide correct and valid API key/login information.
The Platform must not be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Users must safeguard their account details and passwords.

4. Fees and Payments

If fees apply for any services or subscriptions, users are required to make timely payments.
Once paid, payments can only be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Software Availability

We strive to make the Software continuously available, but services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or server downtime.
We reserve the right to change, improve, or update features without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform, its code, logo, design, and all related intellectual property rights are reserved by Nexa Algorithm Software.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
